Clan Stories

Hear from our supporter Mark about why he choses to fundraise for Clan.

Your Story Matters

I joined Clan as my wife passed away three years ago and she loved going to Clan.

Everyone was so nice and helpful, and it took her mind of cancer for a few hours. And all the therapies she received helped as well. So I decided to help Clan as a driver, support worker, and also a fundraiser.

- Fundraiser

I have done fundraising for a lot of years for Clan as it has a close place in my heart as my dad had prostate cancer and have lost a lot of friends to Cancer. I really enjoy the challenges of my various bike rides I have done while raising money for Clan Cancer Support. My experiences of raising money for Clan have been varied and the most different and hard one was part of a 3 team rowing trip from Shetland to the Faroes where we raised just over £50,000.
