This training is ideal for HR professionals, managers, wellbeing leads, and anyone with an aptitude for supporting staff through challenging events.

The course takes place in person at Clan House, 120 Westburn Road, Aberdeen, AB25 2QA, from 9am-5pm (8 hours).

Based on Clan's established listening and support training, this course has been adapted for businesses and includes self-care and resilience strategies, as well as interactive activities to build confidence and strengthen listening skills.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, practical, and environmental challenges faced by employees impacted cancer. Those taking on the Cancer@Work Lead role within their organisation will learn about the tools necessary to proactively support and empower individuals navigating cancer, as well as when and where to refer them for additional support.

  • £330+ VAT per person
  • £247.50+ VAT per person (25% discounted charity rate)

The course requires a minimum of eight participants and can accommodate up to 12.
