Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.
• Manage Stock & Logistics: Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and deliveries to ensure the shop floor is always ready to meet demand.
• Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and boost profitability.
• Lead & Develop Teams: Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver high-quality customer service while keeping safety as a number one priority.
• Solve Problems Instantly: Act as the go-to person for operational challenges, responding to change with resilience and urgency. React quickly to challenges—unexpected deliveries, high footfall, or staffing needs—with a can-do attitude.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, security, and company policy across all retail sites.

Requirements:

• High Energy & Stamina: Proven experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or logistics environment—you know how to "spin a lot of plates".
• Operational Savvy: Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and merchandising techniques. You are highly organised, capable of prioritising multiple projects under pressure.
• Results-Driven: A commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and reducing operational costs.
• Action-Oriented Leader: A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using stock management systems, Point of Sale (POS) technology, and data reporting tools.
• Fashion-Forward: You have a passion for fashion and a sharp eye for detail
• Driving License: A full clean driving licence for driving manual shop van & company vehicles.
