Get advice on wide range of issues at CLAN Inverurie’s coffee morning

CLAN is giving people the chance to learn more about the work of a charity which provides advice on a wide range of issues including benefits, housing and employment problems.

Gordon Rural Action (GRA) aims to improve the quality of life for individuals within local communities through providing a high quality, professional and focused advice and information service.

CLAN will welcome Sarah Flavell from GRA to its next coffee morning on April 6. Sarah will discuss the work of the organisation and how it helps people.

Gemma Powell, CLAN’s area services co-ordinator, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sarah along to our popular monthly coffee morning in Inverurie.

“It can often be difficult to know where to turn if you find yourself with a problem and she will give a great insight into the work of GRA and the kind of issues they are able to deal with and give advice on.”

The coffee morning will take place at the Catholic Church Hall on North Street, Inverurie at 10.30am and is open to anyone affected by any type of cancer. Anyone who would like to find out more about CLAN’s local services and how they can get involved is also welcome.
