The powerful benefits of giving your feet a treat will be discussed at the CLAN Cancer Support coffee morning in Inverurie on Monday 3 June. Therapist Helen Spencer will be taking about reflexology – a gentle manipulation of the feet - and the benefits that can bring to the whole person.
Gemma Powell, CLAN’s area services coordinator, said: “Reflexology is one of the complementary therapies we offer at CLAN. People tell us it can help them relax, sleep better and cope with the stresses of dealing with cancer.”
“Helen has recently joined CLAN having trained in reflexology at the Derwin Therapies in Texas. The coffee morning is a relaxed environment for people to find out more about this therapy and share experiences of having tried it.”
