Normal entry has closed for one of our most popular runs but there is still a chance for keen locals to don their running shoes on behalf of CLAN Cancer Support.
We are an official charity partner for this year’s Baker Hughes 10K race, and has spaces available for the well-liked event which is taking place on Sunday, May 17.
But time is running out for runners to snap up the remaining spots, and you will need to register by Thursday (April 30).
Susan Crighton, CLAN’s fundraising manager, said: “This is a great opportunity to take part in a popular event, which has been a great source of fundraising for us over the years. There are only charity places left for Baker Hughes with registration closing soon, so we would encourage people to sign up as soon as possible.”
