CLAN’s annual lunch set to sparkle.

Kind hearted individuals are set to come together in support of CLAN at its annual lunch event.

The CLAN Cancer Support Lunch will take place on Wednesday, April 22, at Mercure Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel and Spa and is one of the charity’s most important fund and awareness raisers in the year.

Attendees will be treated to a two course lunch, auction and raffle with a host of stalls also on display, giving individuals the chance to carry out a spot of shopping before and after the event itself.

Guests will also view a powerful video that features the story of two CLAN clients, Orkney woman Emily Findlay and Cliohna Thomson from Elgin.

With only a handful of tables for the event still available, CLAN’s fundraising manager Susan Crighton is encouraging people to snap them up to avoid disappointment.

She said: “Tickets have been moving fast for the event which really has established itself on the social calendar for April and we’d be delighted to welcome you along to what promises to be another fantastic afternoon.

“The support of the north-east towards CLAN is never short of remarkable and it is this support towards the charity that really does mean so much to everyone associated with CLAN. Without help like this, these events just simply wouldn’t be possible.

“Last year, the event raised over £15,000 so it really does hold significant importance in our overall fundraising campaign. We’d be delighted to welcome you along for the afternoon.”

Tickets for the lunch cost £32, with tables of 10 packages also available. Those interested in attending are asked to contact CLAN’s Susan Crighton on 01224 647000 or email susan.crighton@clanhouse.org
