The Christmas Tree Collection is a service that Clan is providing, here is a £12 charge for this service per tree. You can however choose to donate further to Clan using the donation button when registering.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We are collecting in specific postcode areas on specific dates. Please see Information above for the date in your area.

It is with regret that, due to health and safety, we are unable to collect a tree greater than 3 meters or 10ft.

We can collect the number of trees you register for collection. Please make sure you make a note when you register so that they all get picked up when we organise the routes. The cost is per tree.

The best place to leave your tree is where our volunteers can see it easily, at the front of the house or on the kerbside as long as it not causing an obstruction to pedestrians. Please make sure the location of the tree is accessible on the date we are collecting in your area before 9am.

Our volunteers will try to call you if they cannot see your tree. If they are unable to speak to you, they will leave a calling card. We cannot guarantee we will be able to recollect at another time.

The trees are delivered to a recycling centre that we are partnering with to be chipped for reuse.

The weather can be unpredictable. We endeavour to collect your tree within the specified days. If it is windy, please try to keep your tree from blowing away by anchoring it if you can. If we have to postpone collecting your tree, you will receive an email advising you of the new collection dates.
