Fit Like? is inspired by the story of farming in the north-east of Scotland, the farming calendar but also the history of farming in the area. Mental health is a very important, and often overlooked, part of rural and farming life. It can be as simple as asking how someone is and actually listening to the answer, of course it only felt right to do this in Doric.
