CLAN Cancer Support

Be Your Best Self is designed by the pupils of Newmachar Primary School. The final design is a result of the combination of elements from a few designs to create a bench that links with nature. Given the school’s motto, #beyourbestself, the inclusion of a bee was chosen for the design. The hope is that this bench will be placed in the recently refreshed school garden, providing children with a space to pause, reflect, and connect with the natural world around them.
