Full access to popular Aberdeen charity shop

Rosemount Shop

A cancer support charity is opening its doors to a unique event which will give customers a one-off chance to see its extensive stock range.

CLAN Cancer Support is giving customers full access to its Rosemount Place shop by opening up its back room and basement store room for one night only.

The CLAN shop, which was refurbished last year, receives hundreds of items of clothing, household goods and giftware from local residents, much of which it is unable to display on the main shop floor due to space limitations.

The open evening, taking place on Thursday 6 September from 5pm-7pm will allow customers to see the complete extensive range of items which have been donated over the last year.

CLAN regional retail manager Colin Tough commented: “The open evening is a great opportunity for us to display the vast amount of clothing and goods that are donated to us every day. The store is one of CLAN’s most successful shops and is known in the Rosemount area as a great place to get a bargain, as it is lucky to receive high quality items from local people

“From current fashions to sought-after vintage goods, the CLAN shop is a treasure trove for anyone looking for something different or to save a few pennies.

“We will have hundreds of items on display so encourage everyone to come along and find a bargain.”
