Charity Shop Chic at CLAN Fashion Show

Charity shop chic will be in the spotlight this week at a leading cancer support charity’s annual fashion show.

CLAN Cancer Support will showcase a number of items from its range of charity shops at the event at CLAN House on Wednesday, October 23.

Attendees will be able to view a range of clothes, handbags and jewellery that have all been sourced from the organisation’s Rosemount, Chapel Street, Clifton Road and Ballater shops before getting the chance to buy their favourite pieces after the show.

Lorna Gates, shop manager with CLAN, said: “With the festive party season right around the corner, people are beginning to plan their outfits and the fashion show is a great way for people to get their hands on a costume without breaking the bank.

“CLAN’s shops stock a fantastic range of clothes, jewellery and accessories for both males and females and we’re constantly on the hunt for donations that will enable us to keep our stock levels high.

“Our fashion shows have always been well-attended, fun events and this week’s event is shaping up to be great night that we hope many can enjoy.”

Tickets for the show are £5 and are available from CLAN’s charity shop on Rosemount Place. Light refreshments will be included on the night. The show will start at 7pm.
