Thanks for the Memory Fashion Sale boost for CLAN

Fashion lovers dug deep to support an event which provided a £2,300 boost for CLAN Cancer Support.

A sale of previously loved women’s clothes and accessories staged by the charity team of Thanks for the Memory at the charity’s CLAN House base in Aberdeen raised the money.

Jane Cook, Ann Stenhouse, Carol Shea, Hilary Hayes and Veronica Whittaker led the charity effort whilst Robert and Janet Ross of Maryculter sponsored the event. A number of individuals and organisations also donated raffle prizes.

Many of the unsold items left on the day were donated directly to the CLAN’s network of shops.
