Carrie

My name is Carrie Lonie, in 2010 I began my studies in therapies and achieved Beauty Therapy NC level 5 and followed this with an HNC in 2012.

After college, I started up my own Beauty/Holistic business which, will be now celebrating its 10th year, and have expanded further more than I could ever imagine.

While running my own business I have continued to dedicate myself to study and self development by successfully completing multiple diplomas to ultimately give the best care I could to people affected by cancer.

I completed my post graduate studies in Oncology Therapies in 2016, followed shortly by Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release and Oncology Massage Practitioner dip.

To continue enhancing Oncology patients overall experience, and quality of life, I went onto complete all levels of Hydrotherm massage therapies: Distinction in Hydrotherm Clinical Therapies, Hydrotherm level one, and Tranquil Sea specialist cancer training, Amethyst Trust Oncology dip, and Oncology professional vocational training levels 1, 2 & 3.

I’ve had great clinical experience, working for 4 years at the Oncology Unit at A.R.I, where I found myself in my element caring for patients of all ages, and stages of cancer treatment.

I'm currently investing my time into advanced studies and I am a proud active student of the Dr Vodder Academy International.

There is such a great need for this special service, which is why I reached out to Clan, who provide such, essential therapies to complement and support all those who are going through treatment, or who are affected by cancer. It felt like such a natural direction for me to gravitate towards.

I feel very privileged to be able to support and help people, and be part of their journey.

I look forward to providing complementary therapies in Aromatherapy, Oncology Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, and Indian Head Massage. I know they will be enjoyed greatly and very much appreciated by so many deserving people.
