Marty's story

Marty

When his mum was diagnosed with cancer, Marty came to CLAN. Watching his vibrant mum suffer was difficult for Marty and when his dad was also diagnosed with cancer, Marty was supported by CLAN’s counsellors and complementary therapists.

CLAN Aberdeen was there for Marty through some very difficult times, and is still there now.

As part of the #ThinkCancerThinkCLAN campaign, Marty has bravely told his story and he encourages other men to come along to CLAN when they or a loved one is affected by a cancer diagnosis.
