Tour the stunning scenery across the north-east and raise funds to support people affected by cancer!
Ride the North 2021 will be a different format to previous events over the past nine years. It will be a single day event that will begin and end in Huntly, Aberdeenshire on Saturday 24 July 2021. The event will continue as entirely non-competitive – no event timing, so nobody is first or last and to seek to showcase what’s good about riding a bike around our region.
The 2021 event will have 3 distance options each following largely the same core route. There will be signed 180km, 140km and 100km route options. The heart of ride the north has always been the engagement with local communities on the route. We are fortunate to be based in a beautiful part of Scotland, with scenic (sometimes quite hilly!) back-roads connecting local villages – some of whom on 24 July will be serving coffees or cakes, sandwiches or soup, some with bands playing and each with cheers for visiting cyclists.
You can take part in this incredible event while raising funds for CLAN. We still have places left for this year's event so please get in touch with our team by using the email link below.
