The sale of donated goods in our charity shops is a vital source of revenue. We have shops in Aberdeen, Ballater, Kirkwall, and Peterhead, each with a wide range of clothing, accessories, household items and books.
You’d be surprised at how much stock is new and unused.
Our charity shops also regularly organise fashion shows, auctions and special sales. Keep an eye on our socials for upcoming events.
Clan Cancer Support operates a Gift Aid scheme in our charity shops; sign up today to make your donations worth an additional 25%.
Simply fill in a form in any of our charity shops or download the Gift Aid Declaration and Agreement. You must be a UK tax payer to qualify. Further information can be found on the downloadable form.
Without donations our shops simply would not function. You can organise your own donations drive at home or at your workplace. Encourage the whole family to have a clear out and donate any unwanted items.
Set a time and a place for your colleagues to drop off donations - we can even arrange for these to then be collected by our Clan van.
Please email retail@clancancersupport.org to arrange a suitable time for drop off, collection or for our help with your donations drive.
You would be amazed at the range of items we can accept, even clothes that are no longer wearable can be donated so we can recycle them and receive a donation for doing so. However there are a few things that we cannot accept and these include:
*Kirkwall only. Please only donate small electricals in good working order/condition.
Donations are accepted directly in the shop. Feel free to call ahead if you have any questions or would like to check on a suitable time to drop off.
Please email retail@clancancersupport.org if you have a large donation or are unsure if you can donate a particular item and one of our team will advise you.
